The Executive Director of Advancement for the Hamilton Center for Classical and Civic Education is responsible for implementation of a broad range of fundraising activities, focused primarily on acquiring principal and major gifts and leading development support programs for the unit. Reporting dually to the Director of the Hamilton Center of UF and the Vice President of Advancement, this position will serve as the chief fundraiser responsible for developing and executing the fundraising program to fulfill the Center’s financial needs. The Assistant Director of Annual Giving directly manages a portfolio of direct marketing projects for the annual giving program. This includes, but is not limited to, annual giving mass appeals and special campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving Campaigns this position will manage relationships with central and partner units to effectively and efficiently leverage data to drive decision making and strategy.
