The Salesforce Developer is a demonstrated thought leader in technical aspects of customer and partner engagements that lead to the successful delivery of Advancement solutions in a Salesforce environment, including enterprise integrations leveraging middleware tools and platforms. Reporting to the Executive Director of Data Services, this position is a key member of the CRM implementation project team and provides critical input for the overall design of CRM applications and mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. Additionally, the developer will lead the evaluation of options and subsequent presentation and education of the customer/partner. They will also identify and proactively manage risk areas, and commit to seeing issues through to complete resolution.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Experience working on Salesforce platforms or other CRM software packages (Microsoft CRM, InterAction, SalesLogix, Oracle On-Demand, SAP etc.). Prior experience in a college or university setting, preferably in an advancement environment. Good understanding of declarative tools. Relevant Salesforce certifications. Ability to work collaboratively and a team player. Must have a strong customer service orientation. Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills. Competency in problem solving and attention to detail. Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President of Strategic Communications/Chief Marketing Officer (AVP/CMO), the incumbent will oversee strategic components of donor and alumni engagement throughout the lifecycle of a gift and determine the best strategies to provide an exceptional experience for donors, prospects, and alumni.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and six years of experience in a related field; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and eight years of experience in a related field. Valid Florida driver license

Preferred qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience executing core components of change management programs for IT transformation and system integrations, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. 4+ years of applied change management, communications, and/or training experience in management consulting or IT industry. Project and Program Management Skills: Proven track record of delivering change management programs for complex, enterprise-wide, and transformational technology initiatives. Data Integrity Manage the prospect management audit program to ensure compliance with the Relationship Management Guiding Principles (RMGP): Review daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audit reports to correct errors. Liaison with Strategy and Operations (S&O), management and front-line fundraisers to make updates in the database. Identify, create and modify audits to ensure the integrity of data. Process mass update requests and data cleanup projects, including new portfolio and final portfolio management. Work closely with Prospect Strategy and Research (PSR) staff to communicate prospect management data standards and correct inaccuracies. Identify and assist with the automation of eligible audits.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in an appropriate area.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of applicable experience. Experience in development, fundraising, alumni relations or higher education preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, training methodology, problem solving and decision-making skills.
