The University of Florida Investment Corp. (UFICO) invests the endowment to maximize risk-adjusted returns and provide a sufficient income stream that supports the university and amplifies donor impact. Established in 2004, UFICO is headed by a chief investments officer who reports to a volunteer board of directors and to the president of the University of Florida.
