UF Advancement Operational Update from Tom Mitchell
All employees should be transitioned to a remote work environment.
As you have likely seen, President Fuchs sent a message to the UF community a few minutes ago announcing that all UF classes will remain online for the duration of the Spring semester. This message encouraged all employees who can work remotely to do so, and to practice social distancing in their work and lives.
All UF Advancement employees who are capable of working remotely should transition to their alternate work locations. Please touch base with your immediate supervisor today, and contact Melissa Long or Naomi Kwiatkouski as soon as possible to complete and execute an alternate work location agreement. Employees may use annual leave until these agreements have been fully executed. Thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate this process.
Our new reality will certainly challenge us, but I am confident that we can navigate this situation successfully. We will be in touch in the coming days as we complete this transition.
