American Agrivest Endowment

History

American Agrivest Inc. contributed a poultry processing plant whose proceeds established this endowed scholarship fund in UF's Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences. John P. Wallace was the president of the company at the time the gift was made to UF. Wallace was a national leader in the poultry industry and served on the SHARE Council at UF. Two of his five sons are graduates of the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.

Criteria

Students studying poultry science in the Department of Animal Sciences.
