The Director of Donor Programs will collaboratively drive, develop, and implement recognition programs that honor and celebrate donors at key lifetime giving milestones, promoting additional (and increased) giving, and deepening each donor's personal commitment to UF through personalized and meaningful engagement. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications: Minimum five years' experience in a comprehensive stewardship/donor relations program in a large scale university or one of similar complexity, with proven leadership success. Experience in program development, fundraising, communications, marketing and public relations. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse constituencies, meet deadlines, be self-motivated, and work independently. Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to work effectively within a complex organization.

The Controller for Finance and Accounting will oversee administration of financial and accounting activities of Advancement and the UF Foundation, Inc., assists the Assistant Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, and serves as backup for Executive Board, Audit Committee and Finance Committee support. This position is responsible for directing the fiscal functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Internal Revenue Service, and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with best financial management techniques and practices. This position will facilitate the continuity of Advancement's accounting and related systems. Will have oversight and management responsibility for Finance and Accounting, Disbursements and Gifts and Records. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in an appropriate area and six years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and eight years of appropriate experience. Requires an active CPA license and driver's license. Preferred qualifications: Six years of progressively responsible accounting experience. A thorough working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (FASB), Internal Revenue Service regulations, general ledger, budget development, financial reporting and analysis, and accounting systems. Public accounting (audit and tax) experience. Proven leadership and supervisory skills and management experience. Excellent oral and written communications skills are essential with the ability to interact effectively with diverse constituencies. The ability to inspire others and promote a positive work environment. Experience with PeopleSoft Public Sector financial software.
