North Florida Gator Club®/Patty Dale Gill Academic Scholarship Endowment
History
The mission of the North Florida Gator Club® is to foster and enhance the relationship between the University of Florida, its alumni, students and friends in the counties of Baker, Columbia, Hamilton, Suwannee and Union and to support the university's mission of teaching, research and service. In 2007, the North Florida Gator Club® established this fund in memory of the late Patty Dale Gill.
Patty was born October 24, 1956 and earned her bachelor’s degree from the UF in Elementary Education in 1977. Her husband, Paul L. Gill, earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and management with a major in accounting in the same year.
Patty worked for the School District of Columbia County and was a member of the North Florida Gator Club®. She passed away December 28, 2005 at age 49.

Students from Columbia County, Florida attending the University of Florida.
