Richard Alan Halpern Scholarship
History
This fund was established in 2005 by the estate of Trudy C. Sample in honor of Richard Alan Halpem. Halpem earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Florida in 1974. He is the president of Marketing Management, Inc., a real estate marketing firm.
Criteria
Students who barely meet the criteria for admission and have a need for financial assistance.
