Susan and Howard Kaskel Scholarship Fund
History
Continually listed in Fortune 500 as a major player in American business and industry, Howard Kaskel is an entrepreneur and businessman who attended the University of Florida in the mid-1950s. He is nationally recognized as a leader in real estate, insurance, investments and sports.
Howard and Susan Kaskel have six children. They make their home in New York, but spend considerable time in the Miami area.
In addition to his business activities, Howard has been a member of the board of the Jewish Theological Seminary, a member of the advisory board for Rockefeller University in New York and a supporter of the American Cancer Society by providing the facilities of the Doral Country Club in Miami for the Doral Open PGA Golf Tournament. He was honored as a distinguished alumnus of UF in 1988.
