This scholarship was established through the estates of Frederick W. and Grace P. Brecht to provide educational opportunities for students from Brevard County, Fla.
Criteria
Brevard County residents attending any Florida community college or university. Applicants must have graduated from a Brevard County high school, demonstrate financial need and be of sound moral character and habits.
