University of Florida Foundation, Inc.
The Office of Development and Alumni Affairs (ODAA) and the University Florida Foundation, Inc. coordinates the fundraising program for the University of Florida. Over $200 million are received through contributions to the university each year. We currently have a staff of approximately 255, including over 70 dynamic development professionals. We are currently engaged in Florida Tomorrow the University of Florida's comprehensive campaign to raise $1.5 billion. We provide members of our team with:

Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package with starting salary, negotiable and commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package which includes: Medical/Life/LTD/Dental Insurance; Tuition Remission Program; Retirement plan with immediate vesting; Generous paid time off to include approximately 22 vacation days per year, 4 personal leave days between Christmas and New Year’s and 10 paid holidays. The absence of state income tax is also a plus!
