The University of Florida is a major, public, comprehensive, land-grant, research university. University of Florida Foundation, Inc.
The Office of Development and Alumni Affairs (ODAA) and the University Florida Foundation, Inc. coordinates the fundraising program for the University of Florida. Over $200 million are received through contributions to the university each year. We currently have a staff of approximately 255, including over 70 dynamic development professionals. We are currently engaged in Florida Tomorrow the University of Florida's comprehensive campaign to raise $1.5 billion. We provide members of our team with:
- Comprehensive orientation to UF and UF development
- Ongoing development training and educational opportunities
- Outstanding support and central services such as research, planned giving, annual fund, publications, major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, advancement and technology services
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package with starting salary, negotiable and commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package which includes: Medical/Life/LTD/Dental Insurance; Tuition Remission Program; Retirement plan with employer contribution of 10.42% with immediate vesting; Generous paid time off to include approximately 22 vacation days per year, 4 personal leave days between Christmas and New Year’s and 10 paid holidays. The absence of state income tax is also a plus!
